A seat, not a project.
You pay monthly for each named editing seat. A firm with 20 paid seats counts as 20 on the curve, not as one account.
Pricing
The price of a new seat follows a public curve as Graphite4D grows. The rate you join at stays with your seat for as long as it stays subscribed.
Locked for as long as the seat stays subscribed. Before tax.
How your rate worksChecking today’s paid-seat count…

Drag along the curve, or tap it, to see what a new seat costs further along.
Enter a whole number from 1 to 1,000 seats.
Every seat in one purchase gets the same rate. Before tax.
01 / The principle
A low starting price rewards the people who help an emerging tool grow. A published rule makes the price of joining later easy to understand.
You pay monthly for each named editing seat. A firm with 20 paid seats counts as 20 on the curve, not as one account.
Renewals keep the rate recorded when those seats were bought. Adding people later never reprices the seats you already have.
The curve reads the highest number of paid seats ever active at once. Free accounts and trials don’t move it, and cancellations don’t move it backward.
How a growing team keeps its rates
An example: five seats bought today, three more added once Graphite4D reaches 800 paid seats. Before tax. Reassigning a paid seat within your firm keeps that seat’s rate.
| Purchase | Seats × rate | Monthly |
|---|---|---|
| First purchase | 5 × $5 | $25 |
| Later expansion | 3 × $30 | $90 |
| 8 seats | Two locked rates | $115 |

An S-curve starts at exactly $5, rises fastest around 1,000 paid seats and levels off toward $100. Prices round down to whole dollars.
Formula · normalized-logistic-v2 · USD per new seat per month
σ(n) = 1 / (1 + exp(−0.005 × (n − 1000)))
P(n) = floor(5 + 95 × (σ(n) − σ(0)) / (1 − σ(0)))n is the highest number of paid seats ever active at once, including paid seats not yet assigned to anyone. It is not the number of people using the app today, nor the total number of seats ever sold.
The curve approaches $100 without reaching it, so the highest rate a new seat can be quoted is $99.
Your rate is locked. We reserve the right to adjust this equation in the future. Any change is published here first and applies only to new seats. The rate on every seat you already hold does not change.

How rates are kept, added and ended.
No. It sets the price of new seats. A seat that stays subscribed keeps the rate it was bought at, every renewal.
We may adjust the equation as Graphite4D grows. A change is published on this page first and only affects seats bought afterward. Your existing seats keep their locked rates.
New seats get the rate quoted for that purchase. Your existing seats keep their original rates, so an invoice can list several groups of seats at different rates.
When a paid seat ends, its rate lock ends too. Returning, or replacing a canceled seat, uses the price at that time.
Yes. A purchased seat stays billable while it is unused or unassigned, and inactivity does not pause payment. Cancel seats you no longer need.
Yes. You can reassign a seat within your firm and it keeps its rate. Each editing seat belongs to one named person at a time.
The number of paid seats today falls, but the highest count reached stays put. New-seat prices don’t drop with ordinary cancellations.
Free-tier limits and included AI and storage allowances are published in the app before they apply. We don’t promise unlimited AI or storage. Any optional paid usage shows its price and asks for your consent before a charge.
